Akin Ogunbiyi is the Executive Director of Elephant Group. He co-founded the company in 1994 and guided its strategic development into a multi-product regional group in the agricultural supply value chain. The company today boasts of subsidiaries that are market leaders in their respective sectors.

He holds a degree in History and an MSc in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from the prestigious University of Lagos.

He is a member of several professional bodies amongst which are CIPM, NIPR and NIM.
